We apply our expertise to help our customers choose, implement, develop and understand their preferred technology for HR, payroll and business intelligence and to develop increasing organisational capabilities with people technology.

Well-established and proven over a 14-year history, the company is head-quartered in Manchester and with a service centre in Wakefield, Yorkshire. Phase 3 Consultants work nationwide and as a close team, valuing one another’s individual expertise so that it is compounded for those we advise. Day-to-day Phase 3 are delivering systems selection and implementation projects and long-term bite-sized consultancy, running managed services and delivering training and events.
The company is currently led and managed by Kate Wadia, Managing Director and was founded by Assad Ahmed. James Proctor heads delivery of Consulting and Services.
