A Paradigm Shift for Businesses: Leveraging Organisational Change as a Driver for Sustainable Growth and Innovation

Sixteen years on from publication of his co-authored 2002 report, Dean of Leeds Business School, George Lodorfos believes there are some emerging patterns of innovation and business models that are consistent and recognisable. From George’s experience, market trends and competitors’ strategies are also driving forces for change or specific choices.

In his inaugural lecture, George will reflect on how change can affect the organisational choices that businesses are making in order to survive, innovate and grow, and he will present common behaviours while identifying a research gap for his future career as a research professor.
