Jonathan Straight is an entrepreneur, plural non-executive director and consultant, best known for founding Straight plc, the UK’s leading supplier of specialist recycling container solutions. The business was listed on the London Stock Exchange Alternative Investment Market for a decade before he exited in 2014.
Jonathan is now a non-executive director of the water conservation NGO, Waterwise, a director of The Tetley and a trustee of the Real Junk Food Project and creativity champions IVE. He is also involved with several startups and social enterprises.
He is an exhibited photographer and in his spare time, he is a regular presenter on local television. Jonathan is well known for his waxed moustache and his unrivalled collection of more than 300 pairs of spectacles.
