Habits make up 45% of our daily choices – autopilot is one of our mind’s neatest tricks. But in a world of “busyness,” we can unwittingly allow it to take over too much, meaning autopilot can drive too much of what we think, say and do. We may believe that our experience is enabling us to make good quality decisions, but autopilot thinking can lose us opportunities, decrease our personal motivation and productivity and reduce the impact we have in both our work and personal life…. without us even realising. It’s time to get back in the driving seat.

During this engaging and interactive session, we explore:

– how easy it is for our brains to get into a rut and fool us into believing we’re making good quality decisions

– what mental traps we’ve fallen into without even realising

– what we can do to train our brains to develop techniques and strategies that help us function at a more successful level

– how we can integrate these into our businesses and lives to positively impact the results we get
