Build Resilience – Be Successful
Achieve resilience through practical application
Resilience is ‘the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties’ and is a combination of flexibility, hardiness, strength, and buoyancy. Resilient people and organisations perform better and more consistently, adapt to their environment, and have the confidence to drive their future.
We’ll introduce you to ways of being resilient in the seminar and make it useful, whether you are representing your organisation, your team, or yourself
The Learning Partners team has been helping individuals, teams, leaders, and organisations to be resilient for more than twenty years. We use our vast experience of personality research and knowledge of Applied Neuroscience to help people understand their values and emotions and develop the self-awareness, self-confidence, and self-management that are essential for resilience.
We highlight the behaviours and techniques that engage the brain’s reward system and calm the fear system. By providing a better understanding of others we enable people to collaborate to meet challenges, and avoid the blocks and arguments that waste time.
Whether we believe it or not, emotions play an essential part in the workplace. Constructive emotions enable rational decision making, good judgement, and lead to empowerment and engagement.
